New Inward opening driveway gate

We require a wooden gate (or other material if you think there is a better solution) manual inward opening up a incline concrete driveway. Preferably a double gate to preserve driveway space. We need someone who has also had experience with lifting hinges. Approx 3m wide, may require an additional post against perimeter fence, 1.5m high. Our objective is to keep our little dogs in, roaming dogs out, improve property security and privacy.
