hi there, we have a D5 smart automatic gate which has recently stopped working. We’ve connected to the app as an operator and it shows the battery voltage just low. We have already replaced the batteries once and the second battery has gone flat again now the batteries are showing low voltage again when we check the health, menu in the app. we suspect that there is not enough power going to the D5 smart, that’s why the batteries are not charging up. After we replace the batteries that gate only worked for 1 to 3 days and it stopped working again once the battery died. The smart charger and no issues with the charger as advised by SHOP and Takanini Looking for certified electrician or experienced gate automation technician to come resolve the issue. Have included some photos but happy to answer any questions before calling a technician.
