We live overseas and discussed painting jobs with Tom over the phone. Our property manager alerted us to the extremely poor quality by sending through images of Tom's work (attached). Windows had been painted over with no prep work done causing them to flake, some had been sealed shut by the paint. there were paint marks on the carpet indoors. Tom refused to go back to rectify the work and tried to spin the issue as he will likely do on this review. Poor work and poor service
