Replace a Boundary Fence

Photos of the existing fence style and area to be replaced are attached. There is the boundary fence for replacement and the area between the boundary fence and the side of the house, where I'd like a double gate included please. The single gate across the back fence I'd like removed so that it is a solid fence with no opening, if possible please. Length of section for boundary fence is approximately 23.82m (according to title) and width of section between house and boundary fence where the double gate needs to go is approximately 3.66m (according to a quick measurement I've made). If possible, can the boundary fence be itemised separately, as the costs will be split with the neighbour. Whereas the double gate and replacement of the single gate will be at my cost. Timeframe in the next 1-2 months. Thanks!
