Timber Fencing/Dog Run

Looking for someone to build a dog run / pen in an L shape wrapping around a corner of our house with a gate at each end. 4-5 ft high with concrete along the bottom to stop digging. The house is on the side of a small hill, the corner of the L shape will be sitting lower than the sides. Very rough dimensions: 8m along the top from the edge of the house 15m down the hill to the corner 20m up from the corner 4m along the other end back to the house (no concrete required along this length). I have attached photos of the fencing style we are thinking of (farm style fencing) but are open to ideas as we want the cheapest timber option. Hoping to get this done as soon as possible. Thanks
