Remove and rebuild 6.3m timber fence

I have a rental property on Birkenhead Av, about 100m from the Onewa Rd intersection. There is a cheap 1.8m high timber fence which runs from my carport to the boundary fence and runs along the boundary between my property and the neighbour. I would like the existing fence removed and disposed of and a 1.8m high fence built in it's place. The total span is 6.3 m. Only 2 posts should be required as one end bears against a post of my car port and the other end bears against an external fence post. Please review the photo. I would like the 2 posts to be 100 x 100, x 2.4m and the rails to be 100 x 50, on their edge, not flat. They will need to be fitted in between the posts and mitre cut to fit. NOT an "over-rail" fence where the rails are attached to the side of the posts. Palings need to be 150 x 19 x 1.8m and close as possible for privacy and on my side of the rails and obviously nailed vertically. To save everyone's time, it would be preferable if people could give an approximate estimate of their price, then a quote once they have been on site. If all goes well, I also need my road side boundary fence replaced, but this would need to allow for a future vehicle and pedestrian gate. This is not part of the advertised job.
