Fence & retaining wall replacement

I manage this property for a landlord. Due to weather and rotting wood some of the fence palings have come off. Could you provide a detailed quote for replacement fence with the fence style as per one of the photos attached. Can the quote please provide pictures and diagrams to be seen easily if possible for the owner to get an idea? The fence timber would replace the old fence completely, keeping its original timber colour is fine, ie not painted. The height, around, 1.2 or 1.4 metres is enough. For the retaining wall, I have attached an image of how they would like the new one to look.
