Fence replacement

I manage this property for the landlord. Due to some recent weather and rotting wood some of the fence palings have come off. Could you provide a detailed quote for replacement fence with the white picket fence style as per one of the photos. Along the outer wood retaining wall, some cement pillars( cement columns) are built and cement boards are inserted between two cement pillars. which would last for a much longer time than before. Or some other Construction Technology can keep the fence working well for longer. (image attached) The fence, cement pillars, and wood fence made from Antiseptic Wood/Wood Preservative/preservative-treated Timber would replace the old fence completely, keeping its original color is enough. We don't like black color. The fence should not be made of many large boards, Maybe the space between two wood could be a smaller dimension, and the height, I think, 1.7 or 1.8 meters is enough. The fence style changes like the following one( original color, not white). So the width of each wood should be added into the designed graphs. That is the request of the landlord.
