Fence reclad

Existing fence is covered with marine ply and is deteriorating. Includes two gates only one of which needs to be able to open - that gate needs some work on it to make it more structurally sound. There is also a metal fence with an auto close gate that doesn't latch properly even though I have adjusted it as much as I can. I'd like this looked at also. Next swimming pool inspection is late September and if possible I'd like the fence fixed before then if possible.
