someone who can fix a Centurion electric gate that fails from time to time

We have a Centurion electric gate that fails regularly. The gate system reports MOTOR FAILURE or MOTOR DISCONNECTED The system has had a history of problems including random power failures when drawing current and insect infestations (now resolved). We’ve replaced the control unit and the power supply, and the battery reports the correct voltage. Most likely it’s a problem with the motor or an electrical connection issue or some kind. We are looking for someone with experience with these units that can accurately diagnose the problem and replace the affected part(s). The property is in Browns Bay, directly off East Coast Road Attached is a couple of photo ( the gate and the motor) for your information.
