Replacement fence and new steps

There are two jobs. We have recently constructed a new house in front of an existing house. During the building process, delivery trucks and contractors have nudged the boundary fence to the point it can no longer support itself. The fence is approx 25 years old and well-weathered. It is approx 900mm high and the affected portion is approx 24 meters long. The replacement fence MUST closely match the original fence as the whole fence line is much longer. The new house needs steps built to go up to the top of the retaining wall. They would be approx 1.3m wide with a handrail on one side.
