Planter Boxes

As per photos, there are 7 sections in our concrete block fence, which currently have metal panels in the gaps between the concrete block posts. I want to remove the metal panels and build timber frame that creates an internal void which I want to fill with soil and plant a small hedge at top. On the sides of the planter box I figure we would use fibre cement sheets to finish flush with the concrete posts and then I will then sort plasterer. 7 sections 5 x 1800w x 750h x 390d 1 x 1700w x 750h x 390d 1 x 1230w x 750h x 390d
