Fencing Repair / Replacement

Hi, We have some fencing along our boundary with a neighbour which is rotting and coming apart. Not great with a dog in the yard. We'd like to get the fencing repaired/replaced depending on advice given. Fence is ~ 20m long, we'd like it to be at least 1.8m high. Depending on the advice provided we'd also consider fencing the front of our property and installing a gate.
