Backyard metal safety fencing

We have a landscaped section on two levels with a retaining wall as shown in photos 1 and 2. We would like a black metal fence (approx. 1m high and perhaps similar to pool fencing) installed along the edge to stop our three year old falling off the edge. There are also some stairs to the lower level and we would like a matching black gate with an easy to open latch (does not need to be child proof). Site visit and quote needed prior to starting the project. Quotes to include the purchase of all required material.
