Job description
1.Front about 10M 2. Side about 35M 3. Back about 12M 4. Middle of the one side to house about 1.5M with gate 5, Middle of other side to house about 4M with gate (i.e. fully fenced with 3 & 4 & 5 for dog control) 6. Some of old side fence to be removed (about 5M) 7. Mostly 1.8M high 8. All rubbish to be cleared

"Hi i arrived at the job on the scheduled day and was immediately told a change to the original work which i promptly quoted and carried out, even working in the rain to try and stay on schedule. After another day of working in the rain i had some previous commitments to attend to, so left job and returned to try to complete job as soon as possible. Received a txt late at night to say that the pool gates that he asked for would not work so had to return these at 10% restocking charge, which i didn't ask the client to cover, then had to make completely new gates from start.
The client didn't speak very good English so communication was hard. I was lead to believe that he was very happy with the job."
