Replacement fence between two properties

We need to replace our 40 ft fence which runs between two properties (sets of units each side), as it has rotted and is nearly falling over. There are 6 large trees intertwined through a part of the fence, which require felling (we have already received quotes from Arborists to do this), but we would ideally do the fence at the same time. We are looking for a few quotes as the cost will be shared between the properties. We require a simple horizontal slat / farm style fence in pine/fencing timber. Thanks
