Timber fence and gate

We would like to build a standard timber fence of 1.8m height that is 7 metres long, with a 1 metre timber gate at the end (using the same design of the fence). Attached is a picture to illustrate. We would like the timber fence to start from the back, along the veggie pad, then along the concrete footpath. It will go straight down from the concrete footpath (rather than following the angle at the end). The fence will then end with a 1m gate that will be right up against the house. The ground is flat. All the posts should be able to be dug straight into the soil, with the exception of the post for the gate (will need to be dug through the concrete path- which is standard thickness only).
