New standard fence 12m long

I have a property which requires a fence to separate us from our neighbors. We've been at war. I'll need to get commitment from them before proceeding. The stretch of property requiring a standard timber paling fence 2M high. For quoting purposes it is in 2 sections: Section1: It is generally flat for say 9m with both properties being the same height, but for 3m of it there is a step elevation change from one side of the fence to the other eg one side is higher than the other as there is a little 0.5metres high wall. Currently there is a collection of trees, rocks,old wall there that we would need to remove first. Section 2: a single stretch of 2.9 metres wide which already has the posts in but needs to have 2m high pailings and 2 rails added.
