You need to read extras on quote carefully. Leaves it very open ended with materials Amicable guy but job far too costly. Had to get him back as workmanship not acceptable.

"The quote was specific & detailed, owner failed to read the quotation. She "missed" the fact that the quote doesn't include materials & did not read any of the work to be done. In her own words she "assumed that I would do more". I completed everything that was quoted for and more. However, this was not good enough for her so she refused to pay me unless I do more work. Even though this work wasn't quoted for, agreed upon, paid for. I completed the additional work free of charge."
