Fix this gate and replace some boards on steps
Job description
I have a couple things I need done (photos attached). 1) Need this gate reinstalled. I took it off, but I couldn't get it to line up with the other bit of the gate. I have the screws and hinges you'll need. 2) Replace rotten boards on these steps. If you can give an indicative price based on these photos, that would be much appreciated.

Did a great job fixing my gate, reinforcing it and giving some good suggestions for what to replace it with in the future (it's approaching the end of its life).
