House Fence

Can anyone assist me with providing a quotation in regard to the attached for my house at 17 Liverpool Terrace, Stoke. The bold area on the plan is where I want the fence to go and I have priced up the material from Mitre 10. They are oriental trellis and decorative panels which I have spent some time in sourcing. But I am sure you can do a better job that me in putting this up. I am currently unemployed at the moment so any basic preparation work I could do myself. Please would you be as so kind to advise when you would be available to come and take a look if you are interested.
