3-Way Boundary Fence Replacement #2

Thought the 3-Way bit might get your attention, but also may put you off haha. The fence between me and my neighbors is nowhere near high enough and is also getting pretty tired. I'm super keen to get it sorted out, however it will involve me liaising with the landlords of the two currently tenanted flats that the fence boundaries, which have so far been interested in re-fencing. In my mind something "cost effective" like Stratco "Good Neighbor" fencing or Storetech's Sector Fencing would be a good choice, I am however open to anything. Current fence is has square timber posts concreted into a nib, so if this could be utilized, that would be ideal, but I understand it might be easier not to use it. It is also 32ish metres long if that helps. Obviously this will involve me speaking with the landlords etc.... so there may be some delay in getting the go ahead on this job sorry. Red line on drawing was a potential option for the houses in front but these negotations have since fallen over. So just the yellow line.
