Three repairs required for rental property, please provide quote as out of town and not able to show the property beforehand, please see photos: Broken fence railing - Required to fix the broken rail/wood part of the fence, currently being held up by chain. Damages from the storm. Aluminium framed window hinges - Requiring readjustment of window hinges in bathroom. Clothes line - Requiring replacement of old clothesline. Thanks
