Tau K126MA sliding gate drive not functioning and BPT remote opening won't work
Job description
Hi. The Tau K126MA sliding gate drive installed is not working at present. Perhaps due to the storm. The company that sold it to us is based in Wellington and the installer is based in Hawke's Bay and we have been poorly dealt with in after-sales care. I don't think they were authorized sellers of Tau products. We have had issues with the BPT remote system boxes which has a voice mechanism too. Hope that makes sense?

Pete is very professional and communicates well. He did a great job installing a new motor for the automatic gate. Highly recommend.
