Manual Gate Installation

We have been provided with a wooden picket gate (singular) we would like it cut into two and installed across our granny flat driveway. There is currently an existing wire gate in place that will need to be removed as well. Please see photos for overview of existing vs. requesting. Looking to have the job completed in the month of February or March if possible thanks.
