New Granny Flat fence
Job description
Install timber paling fence (between a granny flat and main house) to a total of 25m in area, approx 10m in one direction then 90degree angle for the balance of approx 15m. Fence to be constructed using 100 x 100 rough sawn posts, 3 rails using 100 x 50 rough sawn timber. Palings to be 150 x 25 and 1800mm high. First layer of palings to be spaced 75mm apart, second layer of palings to be centred over the 75mm gap to give a staggered appearance and also eliminating the join to aid in noise reduction and privacy. Construct a pedestrian gate with a simple steel hinge and latch in part of fence. Fence to have a 300mm wide concrete mow strip underneath the fence. Materials including palings, posts, rails, nails, boxing, concrete, brackets and gate with hinge and latch + labour etc

Although this wasn't the cheapest quote I received I chose to go with these guys and I am very pleased with the results. Hayden from Camlitt Fencing was very professional and easy to deal with, kept to budget and schedule, would recommend them again :-) Also Hayden kindly put up the clothesline free of charge as well which is much appreciated :)
