I would like a fence built on top of an existing low concrete wall which is approximately 15m long. The present fence is 55cm high and I would like it another 70cm higher so my dogs cant jump over. I need it slatted as the previous owners have planted hedging behind it. I also need a gate, the gap is approximately 4m.
