Privacy fencing on side of house

I am requiring privacy fencing on both sides of my house in Lockerbie Estate Morrinsville. It’s required to be painted black to match the rest of the fencing. It must be 50% permeable and no higher than 1.8m. Would like each side to be accessible with a gate with a pull top latch. Photos attached on area to be done and an example of the design it needs to be. Would like it done sooner rather than later
