Replace 25 Metres of Fencing with 1.2 Metre High Timber Fence

We need to replace an existing fence. Remove old panels and replace with 1.2 metre high wooden posts and palings. For the most part the fence will be bolted to an existing concrete footing. We want a capping along the top. Specifications.... old fencing to be removed, galvanised nails, 19mm or thicker palings. Two rails would be sufficient. Really need to come out to view since it needs to work in with the existing footings and other fences.
