Gate Motor Repair or Replace

Need help to fix Electric Sliding gate. It keeps opening about 20 seconds after closing. Then stays open. Tried swapping all the relays but still the same. Sensors for obstacles also acting funny. While gate is opening if I walk across it starts closing. Gate motor is about 15 years old. Brand is DEA. Motor and control panel are separate. See photos . Maybe time to change the motor. Need someone who knows the DEA Gate motor and familiar with HIK Vision intercom (although I don't think this is the problem. It is new and working). As mentioned it may be time to take out old motor and control panel and put in a new one. In which case it needs to be integrated with the Hik vision intercom system to open and close gate.
