Remove glass fence panels for new decking, reinstall panels

We have glass panels around part of our pool. 3 x 2.4M lengths, plus 1 x 0.4M length. These need to be removed so new decking can be installed and then the panels re-installed. There is basically only 1 long strip and 1 short strip of decking to be replaced which the panels currently sit on, so providing no structural work required the re-decking (which i will do) should be quick.
