Fence repair/replacement

Existing metal panel fence. Wooden posts and rails need replacing. The metal panels have already been removed and stacked by a previous contractor thats scammed the neighbour who initially arranged and paid for the work. They didnt return to finish the job after money was paid across. Looking up the contractor it seems they have a very poor history of doing this. The 11 existing wooden posts need removing and replacing along with new rails and then the existing metal panels resecured. Looking for job to be quoted and completed ASAP.
