Every summer our sliding gate plays up because the concrete strip / footing the tracks run on is only about 50-80mm deep and worn and cracking. Instead it needs to be 120mm deep. Here is what Chat GPT told me to say: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to: 1. Remove the Existing Footing: Safely remove the old shallow concrete footing for a sliding gate. 2. Install New Footing: Pour a deeper and thicker concrete footing to ensure durability and stability. 3. Ensure Level Surface: Guarantee that the new footing is perfectly level to support smooth gate operation. 4. Reinstall Tracks: Reinstall the gate tracks so that the existing gate motor and sliding mechanism work seamlessly. May need to liaise with a sparky if the gate motor needs to be removed / uninstalled for a period of time... I know a sparky or 3

Met and exceeded expectations. Communications was excellent and provided advice diagnosing why my old gate failed and what was needed to future proof it.
