Fence replacement and stabilisation

Approx 7 metres of wooden fence requires replacement as rotting and concrete foundations unstable. Current fence height is approx 1.5m reducing down to 1.2m. Ideal solution to match fence on other side of property per images. Separately corrugated iron fence requires stabilisation as on a lean due wooden component lean and foundation aspects. Note current works approve is only for my property and neighbours property on the front section, rear section has not been contacted at this time if further work is required into their property. Cost is estimated based on how much replacing fence on other side of the property last year, but acknowledge unknown the amount of earth works that are required.
