Fencing job - quote required first for council requirements for fence replacement.

Hi, I am on a property that is by a council walkway so need an official quote to present to them to ascertain whether they will share the costs of replacing a fence. I will still look at replacing the fence if the council does not agree to share costs. Needing fence of 20 metres long replaced (potentially another 20metres in the future). Am looking at using Motueka Picket Gothic panels from bunnings --- . Level surface, easy access for work. We will paint it ourselves in the future. Am based in Palmerston North.
