Wooden Gate - repair

We have an old fence around the property, with some of the wood on the gate having gone rotten. As a result the gate no longer shuts properly, and the latch, and the wood that the latch is connected to all need to be replaced. Need someone who can pull the gate apart as needed and rebuild. We dont have photos yet, but can get them. The door under the house is also problematic, so we may get that done at the same time. To submit this job on the site, I had to put a budget of two fifty to nine hundred ninety nine, but I'm happy to stand corrected if that is wrongly scoped.
