beach bach back section fence

I need a builder.fencer to concrete in fence posts and install the horizontal planks of a fence. (I will attache the the pailings). The fence is at Himatangi beach, on a section backing onto a sand dune on a 20-40 Degree incline. Total area of the fence will be approximately 70m. The fence is to contain 2x back sections, both of which are approximately 40mx 20m.
