Fence 1: approx 18 m of fence replacement - pailings and posts to reposition falling fence. Replace pailings with 1.8m pailings for privacy. Fence 2: approx 15 m of fencing with posts and rails to connect to existing and concrete in existing 5 metres for stability as leaning (because of no concrete, but hey it lasted 5 years :)! ) This has 4 medium trees in fence line that will need chopping down and cut up - I can deal with removal.
