Work plan - Remove existing hedge and build fence Challenges: 1. within the hedge is a pipe and hurricane wire fence, still upright for first half of the length and in various states of disrepair for the rest. 2. Minimise disturbance to dunnite driveway on left 3. Wilderness area behind garage has a number of mature trees, encompassing 50+ years of roots- an area beloved by the local birds and cats Fencing options 1. Up-right timber as per internal fences on property on right 2. Permanent panels of steel eg fentec colourwall or Sector frontier Measurements: Height of fence : street to 13.5 m = 1200mm Height of fence from 13.5m point to garage ( approx. 15m.5) = 1500mm Distance from street to front of garage = approx. 29m Height of fence from garage to back of section Distance from back of garage to back of section = approx. 9m Note: no fencing alongside garage wall

We think the fence looks great and has been admired by many. The schedule was actually blown out of the water by the non arrival of all the component parts in a timely manner and then there was the weather!! Glenn kept us up-dated on a regular basis which we appreciated.
