Fencing off back section

Needing a timber fence with gate built between house and boundary fence with next door to keep dogs in back of section. Ideally able to open both sides or each side individually as needed. Roughly 1.4/1.5m high and approx 3/4 metres long and have wheels at base for ease of use.
