Fence required between two units

I live in a unit on a cross lease. Both myself and the owner of the next unit have agreed that we would like a fence built between the two units. The length of the fence will be 6.5 m in length and 1.8m high. The material will be timber. The fence will be on a slope. The fence also needs to replace a gap where a concrete barrier between the two units that has been knocked down. There is a waste water pipe that crosses between the two properties on the UHCC plan. Chorus has located a cable and this has been marked out. The photos currently show trees on the boundary line. These are due for removal on the 10th February.
