The existing fence is shown in the photo, and requires replacing. It is about 10 m long and around 1.8 m high. Style of the new fence is to be overlapping 150 mm wide palings, to ensure full privacy of both neighbours. Concrete posts are to be used for durability. It is expected that at 8 palings per metre, 80 palings will be required. Access to the site is through the yards of two neighboring properties. (It is the middle unit in a block of 5. Neighbour's permission is confirmed). Site access is flat.
