Timber Paling Fence - 54m long, 1.8m tall
Job description
1) Remove old fence (~50m length, steel post picket fence @ ~1.2m tall). 2) Build a replacement vertical paling timber fence and 4 gates (about 51m --- tall, plus about 3m --- tall), including a mowing strip about 300mm wide.

Trevor was pleasant to deal, and overall the quality is acceptable for the price we paid. Improvements could have been made to his attention to detail; for example, part of the job was to lay a mowing strip under a new fence. Trevor did this by laying the concrete on top of the existing soil, with the intent to backfill with top soil and grass seed to build up to the mowing strip level. After sending a few reminders, and receiving promises it would be finished, the work is still uncompleted.
