Demolition and removal of the existing (15.6m long) wire fence between two properties, including the concrete nib and 4 x concrete posts. Construction of a new timber paling fence in its place (probably 1.8m high), stepped up in stages across the various heights of the new layout. This fence will require some minimal retaining at the base over the front 9m long section. Construction of a new timber paling fence (aprox 1.3m-1.5m high, with a 1m wide gate) to surround the outdoor living space on the top level. The top 400-500mm of this fence would ideally be horizontal slats, or similar. Construction of a small (0.8m high x 2.1m long) retaining wall, with appropriate drainage. Construction of one set of 5 steps (approx 150mm H x 300mm D x 1100mm W), probably in timber. Construction of one set of 5 or 6 steps (approx 150mm H x 300mm D x 1100mm W), either in timber or concrete (in keeping with the concrete steps leading to the front porch). Not required: Ground cover (bricks/concrete, etc.) on the driveway or upper level - This will be completed as a separate project after all the fencing, steps and retaining wall is built.
