"Client has been extremely difficult to communicate with, have made multiple attempts to contact him and have had no reply. Initial job was quoted and extra work was added on as per clients request, then client complained about price for extra work to be completed. As per the timeframe I supplied for remainder of work, I was clear I was 3 weeks out from returning due to family commitments."
