Fence and gates

Hi there, I’d like to install a gate across the front of the house here as seen in the pics. With a small 1m section on the right, and then two gates which can open on the drive, then fenced right across the front. I’d also like to be able to lock the gates at night. Across the road you can see the neighbours metal bar fence. It’s basically that what I need put in. I’ve seen all the equipment down at Bunnings, so I can go pick it up if you tell me what you need. An example of the panels is also in the photos. It’s not my house, but my mums; just want to add a little more security for her. Please let me know a guesstimate or what sort of ball park figure you can come up with and also what time frame, both when you can do the job and how long to do it. Thanks,
