front boundary fence and auto gate installation, decking

I have recently purchased this house and am needing a front boundary fence built (wooden) and gates installed. I need this done within next few weeks as need to contain my dog. There is potential for more work as would need deck built over existing side porch and also want to take out the window on far left of front of the house and install stacker or sliding doors leading out onto a deck and pergola. The house is 1970's and is concrete block.
