Boundary Fences

We have a big property and are looking to upgrade our boundary fences. We will need to do this in stages and are looking to start the first stage soon. We would like to discuss our concept with a qualified tradesman to settle on the style so we can get this first phase priced. By stepping out the length it will be between 60 and 70 metres, and all of this is on the boundary. We are only interested in talking to contractors that can assure us of an agreed timeframe due to consideration of the various neighbours we need to work with. Our initial thought is double block pillars which we would plaster and panels between that will stay stable in all weathers including Hawkes Bay sun. Open to other ideas, but dislike polystyrene and tin structures.
