On the 7th May I have an Arbourist booked to remove all trees down boundary fence line and hedging out the front trimmed and tidied up. This will leave the section looking very naked and a lot of privacy removed due to what the trees provided. ************************************************** Job Details: 1) Fence across front of section on the road side (approximately 20 metres x 1.5 high) 2) Fence along boundary fence (approximately 10 metres x 1 metre high) Materials Provided: Sturdy black plastic netting - in rolls, brand new Shade cloth - in rolls, brand new Large stakes - brand new Black cable ties - in packets, brand new NB: Existing small wire fence can be used to help secure / stabilise fence where ever needed. . Fence purely for providing privacy for tenants ************************************************** Note: There will be lots of other work coming up in the very near future and will be listed here. Type of work required: fencing decking renovating bathroom renovating kitchen painting (inside & out) plumbing building electrical work plus a re-wire roofing - 1 x re-roof to be replaced)
