Timber fence and retaining

Hi, we need a 30m long timber pailing fence, 1.8m high. Normal treated timbers, no painting or staining. Site location as shown on aereal attached. There is also approximately 13m of retaining required, this tapers from 0.3m to 1m high. The approximate location is shown on the second image. The maximum height is the corner, it gradually reduces in height the further it gets from the corner. Timber retaining wall with T&G boards. Start timing isn't critical.
